FIT LEVEL 1

BALANCE / STABILITY

What’s life if you don’t have balance? Not much, and it works the same with fitness. If you don’t have balance most likely you’re going to be struggling to do it right, so balance and stability is the first thing we work on.

FIT LEVEL 2

ENDURANCE

Endurance is exercise for your lungs and heart. The more stamina or (endurance) you have, the longer you can last working out and the calories you will burn.

FIT LEVEL 3

STRENGTH

Have you seen in the Avengers movies where the hulk rips off his shirt? That’s strength. Although ripping your shirt off isn’t the best way to build strength, lifting heavy stuff is.

FIT LEVEL 4

POWER

Power workouts will make you feel super human. It makes lifting heavy stuff look easy. This is only for the elite, so beware.

BONUS FIT LEVEL

BOXING / KICKBOXING

This is where you put your body in action. Learn to throw punches and kicks for an awesome workout, and burn tons of calories.
